Under the Florida Civil Rights Act, when the FCHR investigates a charge of discrimination within 180 days, the parties can appeal the FCHR Determination to the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH). Mr. Harper has experience in handling trials and administrative hearings before DOAH Administrative Law Judges.
